This park situated at the Raghunandan hills of Chunarughat upazila of Habiganj district. It is 130km from the capital city of Dhaka. There are nine tea gardens nearby. The Satchhari tea garden on the west side of the park and the Chaklapunji Tea Garden on the east is located. The 24 families of a hill tribe live in Tippera Para in the interior of the garden. This tropical and mixed evergreen hill forest is situated on the junction of the Indian subcontinent and Udo-Chin region. There are more than 200 plants in the Satchari National Park. Among these, special names for shawl, segun, agar, roar, chaplish, palm, mahogany, kishnachura, fig, jam, jamrul, cedarajarul, awal, malikas, eucalyptus, akhmani, bamboo and cane trees etc.



Biodiversity: There are 197 species of animals in this garden. Of these, about 24 species of mammals, 18 species of reptiles, 6 species of amphibians There are more than 150-200 species of birds. It is a reserved forest of Bangladesh and an indigenous bird of birds. Lajwati monkeys, Gibbon in the forest, Hanuman (Langur), Kala Monkey (Macaque), Mecha Tiger, Barking Deer etc.; Snakes in Reptiles; Among the birds there are houses of Kao Dhanesh, Banmorga, Lalmatha Tragan, woodpecker, mayna, Vimraj, Shyama, Jhutipanga, Shalik, Yellow bird, Tia etc. Besides, countless insects have taken shelter in the tree, and one of the crickets worn.

There are seven rhymes in the Satchhari National Park, from which it has been named Satchhari. Among the animals living in the forest are the ape, monkeys, glasses of monkeys, Hanuman etc. Nakshag, a NGO called "Nisarg", along with the Forest Department, has been responsible for this National Park as part of their 'Cosmic Assistance Project', among them, among the birds, Shyama, Mynah, Basanti Bauri, Phata Kanthi Satbaila and many unknown strangers. . Besides forest conservation under the supervision of the forest, eco-tour is conducted in the forest. Apart from this, the sale of various amateur goods is available under the project.
